This formation is the main attraction of this beach and a very popular place to take photos.
Broken Beach and Angel’s Billabong
Broken Beach and Angel’s Billabong are two famous tourist attractions on the island of Nusa Penida, Bali, Indonesia. Both places are located near Kelingking beach and offer spectacular natural scenery. Broken Beach is a bay surrounded by towering coral cliffs. The beach is known for a natural tunnel in the cliffs that allows sea water to enter the bay, forming a natural lake in the center of the bay. Angel’s Billabong, on the other hand, is a natural lagoon formed between the coral cliffs bordering the Indian Ocean. The sea water entering the lagoon is very clear and allows tourists to swim and snorkel. In addition, the scenery presented from the top of the coral cliffs around the lagoon is very beautiful and spectacular.
